Kishore Sardesai has work and business experience of above 32 years in India and South East Asia. He has worked with a large conglomerate in Indonesia and Hong Kong. The Group is known to have varied business interests in banking, real estate, manufacturing and software. He has extensive understanding, knowledge and experience in system analysis in banking and manufacturing projects. His expertise lies in building various businesses from scratch and converting them into highly successful large enterprises at national and international levels. In 1989, he joined a garment and textile venture, which involved setting up all the manufacturing units in Jakarta for 100% exports to the US Market and eventually he listed the company on the Jakarta Stock Exchange. This highlighted his career.

Kishore Sardesai is a Promoter/Managing Director of Kaynet Group of companies, member of National Stock Exchange, Bombay Stock Exchange and Pune Stock Exchange. Kaynet is a well-known brand in brokerage business in western Maharashtra currently having more than 50 branches. He acts as a consultant to many companies in South East Asia. His work involves advisory services in financial restructuring, IPO management, etc.

Pradeep Saggam is a merit ranking mechanical engineer from Pune University. He pursued his Post Graduate in Business Management and Industrial Engineering. He has 27 years of experience as a systems analyst. He is an expert in leading ERP/CRM systems like SAP, PEOPLESOFT and SIEBEL CRM. Presently, he advises various companies on SAP & CRM projects. He specializes in the development of Management Information System in Materials Management & Marketing Management. Pradeep Saggam has functional experience in production and industrial engineering, and also in material & marketing management.

Mr. Vasekar is a mechanical engineer having 18 years of experience in Automobile, Auto ancillary, Hydraulics, Pumps & Forging Industries. He was a coordinator between Bharat Forge & Tata Technologies Limited to implement SAP R/3 for Bharat Forge Limited in 1997. Later he shifted to SAP consultancy in 1998 and since then is working in SAP-ERP consultancy field. This gave him further experience of 13 years in SAP. He also conducts stress management & personality development workshops for corporate, companies and colleges.

A Bachelor in Computer Application holder, Mr. Rahul Jain has 10 years of comprehensive work experience in the areas of business development, strategic alliance, start-up operations, product launch & management, customer acquisition & retention, and branch operations management in the field of Higher Education, SAP Training and SAP Recruitment.

To name a few of his achievements, he has coordinated more than 350 corporate training assignments for leading organizations, had successfully set-up an SAP finishing school for internal SAP resource requirement, and was product manager for a SAP recruitment portal.

He has served leading organization in varied capacity. Before joining Delphi, he was Director of Corporate Business at Lithan Genovate.

At Delphi, His current focus involves innovative services for existing / prospective SAP uAcademy customers, SAP Recruitment and SAP Corporate training.
